Finally had my coffee and now have to start working on a mermaid dress up doll :) I forgot how to crochet her arms to her body, LOL... it is soooooooooo frustrating :D Usually you sew them on, but crocheting them looks way better, so now I am making myself crazy.
This is how my desk always looks like :) Always a mess before I decide on what colors to use for my next project. I love my mess :D For this mermaid I will be using 3 different yarns. Cotton, bamboo and acrylic yarn for her hair. I decided on bamboo, because with the first mermaid clothes that I made, I had big problems putting them on the mermaid, because cotton tends to be really "hard". Bamboo is softer and it will be perfect, especially for making her jeans. You can see I already started on her arms and legs :)
Before I start posting pictures of my work in progress, let me just say hi. I have been putting out to create my blog for couple of years now, but finally decided it is time to make one. I apologize in advance if my English sometimes will "read" weird. I am from Slovenia, so English is my 2nd language.
I am on couple of other social media sites, as Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook (you can find me as @EllyCrochet on Twitter and IG, on Pinteres as Lili Fras and on Facebook as Ellykvackarije) But those media are just holding me back. Sometimes I want to write down a lot more than I can, and posts on Facebook are lost soon and followers miss out on them. Feel free to post comments below my posts, I would be really happy if you do. Sharing the blog would make me even more happier :) Sooo, I think this is everything I wanted to write down here, now I have to go make another mermaid dress up doll. Have a great day, Lili |
